What is the customer feed?
The feed houses a complete history of your relationship with your customers. There’s one feed for each customer, as well as one global feed containing the history for all your customers (or any subset you’ve filtered your customer list by).
It contains assessments, insights, milestones, notes, stage changes, weekly behavior summaries, and completed tasks — all displayed in chronological order.
Why use it?
The feed makes it easy to get caught up on the last few things that happened with a customer. And with all their details, tasks, and data nearby, you’ll be prepared for your next meeting in no time.
How does it work?
Use the icons at the top of the feed to make an assessment of a customer, write a note, or create a milestone. Notes created from the All Customers screen will appear in every customers’ feed. Milestones created here will apply to all customers as well.
Use the ••• menu from any assessment, note, or milestone you’ve created to edit or delete an item.
You can also filter the feed by any type of item to more easily find what you’re looking for.
