What is behavior?

Behavior is an action a user takes in your product, like sending a campaign, creating a landing page, or publishing an ad. By connecting your app to Quala, you can track what matters most to your team, including feature usage, active users, and more.

Why monitor behavior?

Tracking key behaviors in your app allows you to see which behaviors indicate a successful customer and notice when other customers trend toward (or away) from success. By doing so, you can catch small issues before they become big ones and turn middling customers into rock stars.

How does it work?

You choose the key behaviors you’d like displayed in Quala, like usage of a particular feature, number of logins, active users, and more. Once you’ve connected your app, the behaviors you’ve selected will automatically appear in Quala, organized by customer.
