Welcome to our inaugural product roundup! Lots of you have requested a resource to stay up to date with what’s happening in Quala and this monthly product roundup is our new way to do just that. Let’s get into it.

Customizable Health Scores

We introduced a new way to quickly create, weight, and iterate your Health Score by blending qualitative and quantitative data. Simply add the appropriate assessment questions and behaviors to capture the most complete health score possible. You can read more about it on our blog. Need some health score inspiration? @Mention Your Team

In late May we released our new rich text editor that includes all the formatting and linking capabilities to better express yourself when you add notes, milestones, tasks, and more in Quala. This month we added “at” mentions so you can quickly alert your team to things they might care about in Quala. Just type the @ symbol and select who you want to mention.

Making assessments, notes, tasks, and milestones got way faster and easier. Now you don’t need to hesitate — just hit the big plus button at the top of any page in the customer section and you’re on your way!

HubSpot Integration Upgrade

Our HubSpot integration got a huge upgrade. You can now manage the integration yourself in settings. Additionally, Quala can now bidirectionally sync customer traits, manager, stage, renewal, revenue, and contacts!

Fixes and Improvements

  • We’ve been focusing on performance improvements. Our app should be faster, especially with viewing data in the data tab.
  • Added several new improvements to our platform to improve reliability, and to help us diagnose if/when any performance degradation occur in the future.
  • We noticed some of our customers connections to salesforce would fail, or would be slow. We’ve made some performance tweaks. Salesforce syncing should be more reliable and faster.
  • Bug fixes for success plan editing.
  • Bug fixes for automation editing.
